Your idea may be creative and innovative, but it still has to land on the ground.
Send us detailed information about your idea, including materials, quantities, target customers, and prices, our team will have an internal feasibility evaluation.
If the idea can work, we'll schedule a consultation session with you as soon as possible for more in-depth details.

A detailed plan of action.
After the initial consultation, and if the project is feasible, we will provide a comprehensive RTMP (Route to Market Plan) which outlines the exact steps required to
complete the project.
Each stage of the plan will be linked to a clear timescale, cost, and project phase deliverable.
We get to work!
After outlining the RTMP, our team will either help with R&D to finalize the project details or will start working on the Engineering drawings required for mass manufacturing.
At this stage, and after having a clear product definition, including materials, overall dimensions, and functions, our team will work with you to create different 2D versions of your product and several prototypes to define the correct function and aesthetics.
We have in-house 3D printers and established relationships with local prototype manufacturers which allow us to make look-alike and act-alike prototypes faster than western based design houses.
Creating the files needed for Manufacturing.
At this stage, a DFM (Design for Manufacturing) evaluation will be conducted to refine the design for manufacturing and assembly.
Our years of experience on the ground allow our industrial designers and engineers to develop the BOM and engineering files in record time, knowing what kind of requirements the factories have, all this allows you to fast-track the time required to develop your product.
Once the BOM (Bill of Materials) is completed and confirmed with you, our team will work to find suitable manufacturers. At this point, you'll have a better understanding of the tooling and mass production costs.
Our proprietary system protects your product IP, by identifying different manufacturers for the different components of your product, ensuring only you and us know the secret of the sauce.
Bringing your product idea to life!
New products often require fine-tuning during mass production, our team will work closely with the different component manufacturers and arrange a small batch of production to ensure everything works as intended.
After the pre-production samples are approved, we will move into full mass production and assembly.
We take care of the small details!
During and after production, we offer Quality Control Inspections to ensure consistent output and identify potential flaws. Especially with new products, it's very important to identify potential quality issues and adjust accordingly.
We know that first impressions matter and ensuring your new product is defect-free is our top priority.
